Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our team begins preparing your shipment. Every order is carefully reviewed, packed and prepared through our operational network in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please note that weekends, public holidays or exceptional operational circumstances may occasionally affect processing times. Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that your shipment has been sent. This confirmation includes the information necessary to follow the progress of your order. Customers are encouraged to keep this information for future reference until the shipment has been successfully delivered.

BurnArea currently offers two international shipping options, allowing customers to choose the service that best suits their needs.
Standard Shipping
Our first delivery option is Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping is carried out through the national postal service and provides a reliable solution for customers who prefer an economical delivery option. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and local postal services. Although delivery times cannot be guaranteed, Standard Shipping remains a dependable choice for many international customers.
Express Shipping
Customers who prefer faster delivery may choose Express Shipping, where available. Express Shipping uses an expedited international delivery service designed to reduce transit times compared with Standard Shipping. Actual delivery times depend on the destination country, customs clearance and the courier’s operational schedule. The availability of Express Shipping may vary depending on the destination.
Tracking Your Shipment
Regardless of which shipping method you select, BurnArea always provides a tracking number for dispatched orders. Tracking information allows customers to monitor the progress of their shipment throughout its journey. After dispatch, tracking updates may take some time to appear as the carrier processes the shipment through its network.
Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a problem with the shipment. Customers can monitor shipment progress through our Order Tracking page once the tracking information becomes active.
International Deliveries
Because BurnArea serves customers across Europe and other international destinations, delivery times may vary from country to country. International shipments may be influenced by:
